Free Shipping: On all orders above ₹499! Orders below ₹499 have a flat shipping fee of ₹50.

1. Shipping Coverage

We ship to all serviceable locations across India. Currently, we do not ship internationally. During checkout, you can check if delivery is available to your PIN code.

3. Delivery Time

3.1 Standard Delivery

Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days from the date of order confirmation. Delivery times may vary based on:

  • Your location (metro cities vs. remote areas)
  • Product availability
  • Weather conditions and natural calamities
  • Political situations or strikes
  • Festival seasons (increased order volume)
3.2 Express Delivery

Express delivery is available in select metro cities and major towns. Orders placed before 2:00 PM on working days will be delivered within 1-2 business days (subject to availability).

3.3 Same-Day Delivery

Same-day delivery is available in select areas of Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore, and Hyderabad. Orders must be placed before 12:00 PM to qualify for same-day delivery (₹250 additional charge).

4. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of order confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you can track it using one of the following methods:

  • Track via Website: Login to your account → Go to "My Orders" → Click "Track Order"
  • Track via Email: Click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
  • Track via SMS: Use the tracking number sent via SMS on the courier's website
  • Contact Support: Call or email us with your order number

7. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make 3 delivery attempts:

  • First Attempt: Standard delivery to your address
  • Second Attempt: Next business day if first attempt fails
  • Third Attempt: Final attempt, followed by return if unsuccessful
Important: Please ensure someone is available to receive the order. If all delivery attempts fail, the order will be returned to us and you may be charged a return shipping fee.

8. Delivery Instructions

To ensure smooth delivery, please:

  • Provide a complete and accurate delivery address
  • Include landmarks and contact information
  • Be available at the delivery address or arrange for someone to receive
  • Check the package for any visible damage before accepting
  • Keep your phone accessible for delivery updates

9. Address Change

If you need to change the delivery address, please contact us immediately. Address changes are only possible before the order is dispatched. Once shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address.

10. Package Inspection

Upon delivery, please inspect the package carefully:

  • Check for any external damage to the packaging
  • Verify the contents match your order
  • Ensure products are in good condition
  • Report any issues within 48 hours of delivery
Tip: You can request to open and inspect the package before accepting delivery. If there's any damage or discrepancy, refuse the delivery and contact us immediately.

11. Damaged or Lost Packages

11.1 Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please:

  • Take photos of the damaged package and contents
  • Contact us within 48 hours with photos
  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund
11.2 Lost Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it:

  • Check with neighbors or building security
  • Verify the delivery address
  • Contact us within 48 hours
  • We will investigate and provide a resolution

12. Non-Serviceable Areas

We strive to deliver to all locations in India. However, some remote areas may not be serviceable or may have extended delivery times. During checkout, we will inform you if your PIN code is not serviceable.

13. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available for most locations. Please note:

  • COD is available for orders up to ₹10,000
  • COD charge: ₹50 (in addition to shipping charges)
  • Please keep exact change ready
  • COD orders may take 1-2 days longer to process

14. Holidays and Delays

Please note that we do not ship on Sundays and national holidays. Delivery times may be extended during:

  • Festival seasons (Diwali, Christmas, New Year)
