Orders & Purchasing

To place an order:

  1. Browse our products and select the items you want
  2. Click "Add to Cart" and continue shopping or proceed to checkout
  3. Review your cart and click "Proceed to Checkout"
  4. Fill in your shipping and payment details
  5. Review your order and click "Place Order"
  6. You'll receive a confirmation email with your order details

Yes, you can modify or cancel your order before it's shipped. To do so:

  • Go to "My Orders" in your account
  • Select the order you want to modify or cancel
  • Click "Cancel Order" if it hasn't been shipped yet

Once the order is shipped, you cannot cancel it, but you can return it after delivery.

Yes, you need to create an account to place an order. Creating an account allows you to:

  • Track your orders
  • Save your shipping addresses
  • View your order history
  • Manage returns and exchanges
  • Receive exclusive offers and updates

Shipping & Delivery

Our shipping charges are as follows:

  • Free Shipping: On all orders above ₹499
  • Standard Shipping: ₹50 for orders below ₹499
  • Express Delivery: ₹150 (1-2 business days)
  • Same-Day Delivery: ₹250 (select cities only)

Delivery times vary based on your location and shipping method:

  • Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days
  • Express Delivery: 1-2 business days (metro cities)
  • Same-Day Delivery: Same day (order before 12 PM, select cities)

Remote areas may take 1-2 additional days.

You can track your order in multiple ways:

  • Login to your account and go to "My Orders"
  • Click on the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
  • Use the tracking number on the courier's website
  • Contact our support team with your order number

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Accompanied by original invoice

To initiate a return/exchange:

  1. Login to your account
  2. Go to "My Orders" and select the order
  3. Click "Return/Exchange" on the item
  4. Fill out the return form with reason
  5. Wait for approval (24-48 hours)
  6. Pack and ship the item (free pickup available)

Refund processing time:

  • We process refunds within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item
  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method
  • It may take an additional 7-10 business days for the credit to appear in your account

We accept multiple payment methods:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Rupay, Amex)
  • Net Banking
  • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
  • Digital Wallets (Paytm, Mobikwik, etc.)
  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

Yes, COD is available for most locations with the following conditions:

  • Available for orders up to ₹10,000
  • Additional COD charge of ₹50
  • Please keep exact change ready
  • COD orders may take 1-2 days longer to process

Yes! We use industry-standard SSL encryption to protect your payment information. We partner with trusted payment gateways and do not store your complete credit/debit card information on our servers.

Account & Profile

To create an account:

  1. Click on the "Login" button in the top right corner
  2. Click "Create New Account"
  3. Fill in your details (name, email, password)
  4. Click "Register"
  5. Verify your email address

To reset your password:

  1. Click on "Login"
  2. Click "Forgot Password?"
  3. Enter your email address
  4. Check your email for a password reset link
  5. Follow the link and create a new password

To update your profile:

  1. Login to your account
  2. Click on your name in the top right corner
  3. Select "Profile"
  4. Update your information (name, email, phone)
  5. Click "Update Profile"
