Shizenya – Return & Exchange Policy
At Shizenya, we are committed to delivering premium-quality innerwear while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and customer trust. Since innerwear is an intimate product that comes into direct contact with the body, we follow a strict hygiene-first approach.
1. No Return / No Exchange Policy
For hygiene and personal safety reasons, innerwear products are not eligible for return or exchange once delivered. This policy ensures that every Shizenya customer receives products that are untouched, safe, and hygienic. Once an innerwear product is tried on, worn, or even handled extensively, it cannot be resold or reused without compromising hygiene standards. Hence, we do not accept returns or exchanges based on size preference, comfort perception, or change of mind.
2. Limited Exceptions
Shizenya will offer a replacement or refund only in genuine and verifiable cases, such as:
- The product is damaged during transit
- The product has a manufacturing defect
- An incorrect product or size was shipped
To be eligible, the issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear photos or videos showing the problem.
3. Eligibility Conditions
For any exception to be approved: The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed Original tags, hygiene seals, and packaging must remain intact Products showing signs of use, washing, or tampering will not be accepted under any circumstances Resolution Once the issue is reviewed and approved by our quality team, Shizenya will arrange a replacement or refund, as applicable, within the defined processing timeline.

- Ensure correct selection before placing an order
